Developed episode structure, video production workflow, motion graphics, and oversaw tapings filmed in studio.

This was a new venture for A Kids Co. and the studio we were working with were just starting their video podcast offerings. Together, we built the recording space from the ground up, including cameras, signal flow for remote interviews.

I developed a post-production workflow for creating both video and audio only versions of the episode, each with different credits and ad offerings.
